过氧化物酶保护缓冲液是一种稀释剂，用于在高结合物稀释度下长期稳定Chemicon辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）-抗体结合物的活性。

应用领域

USE:

Chemicon HRP conjugated antibodies may be diluted up to 1:16,000 in Peroxidase Protective Buffer. Diluted conjugates are stable for at least 3 months when stored at 2 - 8oC. The buffer is suitable for direct use in ELISA. It is recommended that the HRP conjugated antibody is diluted with Peroxidase Protective Buffer and allowed to stand for 24 hours at 2-8°C to attain constant stability before use.

Peroxidase Protective Buffer is compatible with blocking agents such as skim milk powder, Tween 20 and normal serum. However HRP conjugates should not be stored in the presence of these blocking agents. They should be added just prior to use in the assay.

制备/使用说明

在+2 ℃至+8 ℃下可保存6个月。注意事项HRP结合物应稀释并在清洁条件下保存，以降低微生物挑战水平。过氧化物酶保护缓冲液中不得加入叠氮化钠。避免HRP结合物溶液被重金属离子污染。芳香族氯烃或次氯酸。2避免使用钠玻璃或聚苯乙烯制成的容器。3建议将稀释的结合物储存在硼硅酸盐玻璃中。HRP结合物孵育后应进行有效的洗涤步骤。在ELISA中，建议至少进行4次彻底的洗涤循环。
