EphA2 ephrin受体A2（ephrin receptor A2）属于Eph受体酪氨酸激酶家族，是一种I型跨膜蛋白，其胞质结构域由N端的配体结合域、富含半胱氨酸的结构域和两个纤连蛋白III型重复组成，胞浆结构域由近膜区、酪氨酸激酶结构域、SAM区和酪氨酸激酶结构域组成，胞质结构域由两个氨基酸残基组成，胞浆结构域由两个氨基酸残基组成（不育-α-基序）基序和PDZ结合结构域。PMID 24940039

生化/生理作用

EPHA2 binds to the ephrin-A ligand and has diverse cellular function. EPHA2 has been shown to be an oncoprotein of importance in a range of cancers. EPHA2 is overexpressed in several human cancer types and promotes malignancy through a mechanism involving RhoA-dependent destabilization of adherens junctions.PMID 18198190 EPHA2 overexpression induces a FAK-dependent increase in MMP-2 expression and invasiveness and this process can be reversed by ligation of EPHA2.PMID 15249202
