产品概述

甲基-CpG结合蛋白2（MECP 2）由定位于人染色体Xq 28的基因编码。PMID 27180140 hMeCP 2的高分子量形式在额叶皮质核和突触部分中表达，Rett综合征女性患者的成纤维细胞和类淋巴母细胞株以及MeCP 2转染细胞也显示高分子量形式的MeCP 2表达。蛋白质的特征在于含有80个氨基酸的甲基-CpG结合结构域，其参与蛋白质的染色体定位。

人重组甲基CpG结合蛋白2（Rett综合征）（MECP 2），（GenBank登录号NM_004992），氨基酸78-162，带有N-末端GST-标签，MW= 36 kDa，在大肠杆菌表达系统中表达。
